    Shipping and Returns

    SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    Placing your first order is Simple, Fast and Easy. No Sign-Up required, and you can easily view all your shipping costs by entering your Zip Code in the Shopping Cart.

    Orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Items in stock will ship within 7-10 business days. Most orders ship via Fed-Ex or UPS ground. Orders which contain certain oversize products are shipped via freight truck (i.e. vinyl fencing is shipping via freight). Shipping fees are based on the total value of the order. To view the amount in the cart before checking out, just enter your zip code and click apply, it will calculate your fees and taxes.

    Large shipments will be delivered on pallets which you will need to unload off the truck yourself. A forklift is generally used to offload large shipments, but the pallets can be opened up and broken down to offload by hand. Most residential deliveries will need to be offloaded by hand.

    The driver is only responsible to get the order to the end of the truck. It will be your responsibility to remove it. (This only applies to common carrier/freight truck deliveries, not UPS or FedEx deliveries.)

    REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

    We guarantee most of our products against any defects in workmanship for 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY AND CALL US IF IN DOUBT - WE ARE HERE TO HELP MAKE SURE YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and the original shipping is non-refundable.

    CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO†VINYL FENCING OR†CUSTOM STEEL ARBOR ORDERS

    Certain products such as the Vinyl Fencing and the Custom Steel Arbors are special order and made specifically for you. Should you need to change or cancel the order you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After that initial 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL - they cannot be returned. However, in case of damaged or missing goods, make sure you note it on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is found after the driver has left, take photos so a claim can be filed with the trucking company we can get replacement parts out to you timely. Please inspect all materials promptly to ensure coverage for replacement parts. We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible AND in excellent condition.
