Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Items in stock will ship within 7-10 business days. Most orders ship via Fed-Ex or UPS ground. Orders which contain certain oversize product are shipped via freight truck (i.e. vinyl fencing). Products are charged based on the total value of the order. You can view the amount in the cart before checking out, just enter your zip code and click apply, it will calculate your fee.

Large shipments will be delivered on pallets which you will need to unload off the truck. A forklift is generally used to offload large shipments, but the pallets can be opened up and broken down to offload by hand. Most residential deliveries will need to be offloaded by hand.

The driver is only responsible to get the order to the end of the truck. It will be your responsibility to remove it. (This only applies to common carrier/freight truck deliveries, not UPS or FedEx deliveries.)

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

We guarantee most of our products against any defects in workmanship for 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY AND CALL US IF IN DOUBT. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and the original shipping is non-refundable. Certain products such as Bufftech vinyl are special order and all sales are final - they cannot be returned. However, in case of damaged or missing goods, it is the trucking company's responsibility to get your items to you in good condition. Any shortage or damage must be noted on the bill of loading at the time of delivery. If damage is found after the driver has left, the trucking company must be notified and a claim filed. Please make all claims promptly. It is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from the trucking company for any damages or shortages. We will help you in any way we can. The trucking company will provide the appropriate forms for filing a claim.
